Choose from one of the three development approaches that best fit your needs. In some instances, a hybrid approach may be the best fit.
1. Onsite Development
With Onsite Development, all activities are performed at the client site; project management and design & development teams are all based with the client. Global Access teams work closely with the client to establish deliverables, timelines and team composition. Day-to-day supervision of activities is handled by a combination of the client team and Global Access team.
2. Offsite Development
With Offsite Development, work is performed at Global Access 's offices in the U.S. Prior to beginning any work, the Global Access team meets with the client's team to work out the details of the engagement. The project scope, deliverables, screen layouts, reporting, functionality issues and timelines are all defined in detail. After the definition phase, work moves to the Global Access offices.
3. Offshore Development
In this approach, work is performed at Global Access Project Management And Development Center located in Bangalore , India . Prior to the beginning of any work, a U.S.-based Global Access team meets with the customer team to work out details of the engagement. The scope of the project, the deliverables, screen layouts, reporting, functionality and timelines are all defined in detail. After the definition phase, the work activity is performed at one of the Development Centers.
Remote Monitoring
For both Offsite and Offshore Development, progress reports and deliverables will be made available to the customer at pre-agreed intervals. The customer may choose to receive remote access to the development server via secure means. By accessing the development server remotely, the customer can monitor progress in real time, and maintain overall control even though work is being carried out offsite.
